Qualification

Minimum Net worth $250,000 and liquid assets of $50,000
Retail space from 1200 to 2000 square feet
Must have a customer Service mind set and a focus on quality
Previous business, retail, or restaurant experience preferred
Hands-on franchise partner or owner operated / investor with designated operating partner
Lives in community is a plus
Unwavering drive to grow sales and customer counts
Desire to expand their number of units opened

Franchise Terms

$35,000 Franchise Fee
10-year agreement with renewals
Initial "all-in" investment range from $400,000 -$490,000
Renewal is 25% of initial fee
List Item
1.5% spent by franchisee on local marketing
Royalty: First 6 months – 0%
Next 12 months – 2%
And thereafter at 4%

Expansion Plans

Growth through single unit or multi-unit operators
New franchisees will be given first right of refusal for any news stores within a 10-mile radius
Territories can be held with deposit and specific development plans
Area development opportunities available
